Lots of Cancers can be prevented – so take action!

Hi All

Just came across an interesting article.

A recent study has shown that up to 40% of breast and bowel cancers in the UK can be prevented by following a healthy diet, with plenty of regular exercise and making sure that you maintain your weight and keep to a healthy weight.

And so the focus is now in Governments to make sure that this message is put across to the general public, and especially to young people in schools. It’s at this age that good habits can be formed at home, which they then can continue with, as adults.

So, go on. Make sure that you and your family are getting into the balanced and healthy lifestyle from now on.
