My Wordpress Journey and Some Cool Plugins
I am currently on a road of discovery and having a blast with tweaking Wordpress. Just finished installing Askimet. If you’re wondering what Askimet does, this is what Wikipedia has to say: “Is a spam filtering service created by Automattic, the corporation which employs most of the main developers of the weblog platform WordPress, and released on October 25, 2005. Akismet attempts to filter link spam from blog comments and spam TrackBack pings”.
I’m looking forward to setting some time aside to find out what other goodies are out there that I can use to rank up my Wordpress.
I just came across this article: 17 Really Useful Wordpress Plugins That Probably Are Essential, which seems a lot of fun.
